Can't Join/Create a Match

There's a bug that became more and more frequent lately. This bug makes me appear as offline to my friends and club members, but I can stlil talk with others in world chat. Because of this, invites don't work on me, and I can't invite anyone to a game. I have to restart the game to fix it, but I often have to reset several times because the bug temperarily stops. It happens in many different scenarios:

1. After a game has ended, and I leave the team up ladder.
2. After I attempt to create a ladder team, and then back out.
3. After I finish a Career match.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 if that helps. Please fix this bug.
